Meals can be provided by arrangement. Produce from the garden is used, depending on season and availability, including breadfruit, avocado pears, pumpkin and ackee. Home reared chicken available.
Popular dishes include ackee and saltfish, jerk pork, brown stew chicken, roast breadfruit, rice and peas, fried snapper, pumpkin soup, fish tea, stamp and go, escoveitch fish, chicken or vegetable rundown, curry goat and fried plantain.
Echoes Jamaica is set in 3/4 of an acre of sloping grounds and offers two self-contained double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Extra beds are available for family groups.
Each room is equipped with standing fan and dvd/cd player. Electricity is both 110 and 240 volts.
Rooms can be booked separately or together.
Accommodation includes access to living room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room.
The roof top is the ideal spot for sun lovers and to watch the sun set.
